Lodge Redevelopment Project:
Site meeting yesterday. Mark will update at board meeting.

Land Management:
Don attended the 'local food day' on behalf of the Assynt Foundation, to gauge interest in a community pork/beef supply / stock club. Thanks to Don.

Estate Plan & SRDP:
Mandy has offered to circulate draft of next set of actions to partner organisations and arrange meeting. This meeting can hopefully double up as a meeting to gain advice from agencies on how best to capitalise on SRDP funding. Hopefully directors can go over the list of possible actions for next period tonight.

Hydro-Energy:
Russell Robertson attended visit to hydro-screw energy scheme at Strathdon. There followed a meeting at Glencanisp with Melanie and Jon of CES. We would be eligible for funding for the costs of feasibility studies to look at options for taking forward small hydro developments on the estate. CES have now sent out a draft brief for tendering for feasibility studies.

Matters arising from last meeting:
Director training still to be arranged.
Lead and support directors of subgroups still need finalising.
