Redevelopment Project
BLF & HIE: Second claim (about £11,000) has entered our current account and been transferred to redevelopment account.
Redevelopment bills are now being paid from the redevelopment account.
ERDF: Third claim is due on 1st July. It will be for amounts spent up to and including May, and will be for around £7,000.
Highland Council: A meeting is likely to be arranged for early July, after lead contractor tender returns.

Social Investment Scotland: We should hear more very soon.

A recent grant application has been turned down.

Other stuff

Housing
The meeting to score tenders for production of the feasibility study is set for Wednesday 17th June at Glencanisp. It will be attended by representatives of organisations involved including CES and HC.

Housing grant applications: Yet to hear back from two first stage grant applications.

Ledbeg House: Some potential match funders identified, but we need to get an estimate of the cost of the works before we can apply for grants.

HIE growth plan: We met with Anne Sutherland of HIE on 1st June.
If we put together a costed proposal for the project to employ an admin assistant to free up time of other staff, then HIE will consider part-funding the post.
Anne is to liaise with Neil Gerrard about progress on the commissioning of a report looking at processing and marketing venison.
